LACY D. BURKES, CPNP-PC

Lacy Completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2009 and her Masters of Science in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2012 from Texas Women's University. Lacy is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.  Lacy has been an active member in the community serving as a board member for local non profit organizations including the Children's Advocacy Center of Van Zandt County. She is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with family camping, watching her children participate in youth sports and reading.

Brae completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2018, both from the University of Texas at Tyler. Brae is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is married with 5 dogs and 1 cat and enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family and reading.

CARLIN “BRAE” HURST, FNP-C

Tiffany Corbett, APRN, CPNP-PC

Tiffany Corbett, was born and raised in East Texas. She earned a  Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She then earned her Master's in Nursing as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. Tiffany's entire nursing career has been in pediatrics.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, Austin and Hudson. She also enjoys fishing, camping, taking photos, and reading.
